I have saved 39% on my electricity usage
Thanks very much for your quick response.
With regard to the panels, I can tell you that after the first year I have saved 39% on my electricity usage and have achieved 3372 kwh production versus your SAP calc. of 3537 (i.e.95% of your calculation). I am very happy with this figure given the very poor summer we had last year.
I have been a little bit boring in that I have graphed my production by day / by week / and by month. It will be interesting to see how year 2 goes.
If you want to use me a reference for new potential customers I would be pleased to do so.

Fantastic Efficient and Friendly Team
I have had the first of my 2 PV systems fitted today and I wanted to email you to say what a fantastically efficient and friendly team you have at Solarlec.
Darryl in the first instance was superb, very knowledgeable, attentive and superb in helping me understand the Feed In Tariff and the PV systems. More importantly than that Darryl was not pushy and I very much appreciate that in a sales person that you invite into your home, window sales tactics just make me want to throw them out, I had none of that with Darryl. This is why I ordered 2 systems from him.
The fitting team that arrived this morning were amazing they were on time, polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. Done and dusted in less than 4 hours with practically zero mess.
Congratulations on having a company that many others could learn from.
I have 2 more properties without the PV system fitted so I am sure I will be back in touch with Darryl sometime in the future.

What a Pleasure

The weather was appalling and they worked till late, in the dark, on the roof and in the loft.
Headley and Craig were the roofers with Wesley and Mark electricians.
They all must be absolutely tired out but they were funny, well mannered and a credit to your company.
I did try to keep them fed and watered.

We have recently had 18 panels fitted and we just had to write and say what a fantastic outstanding service Solarlec provided.
From the initial meeting with Stuart Moore who explained and went through everything thoroughly and made sure we both understood the system and how it works. To the fitting team who consisted of Antony, Mick and Tom, from the moment they arrived they got to work straight away, fast and efficient! No mess was left behind and it was all completed in 1 day.
Over the past couple of years we have had lots of tradesmen carrying out all kinds of work to the house and as a tradesman myself I have to say these guys were top notch!!

We thought we must put pen to paper to tell you how delighted we are with our Solar Panel install. From the initial visit of Joel Tetlow the Energy Advisor to the fitting of the system it has been an altogether excellent service.
We have to say that Joel explained the system and benefits to us very well and
everything that he said would happen did happen.
The team turned up on time and worked very hard to fit our panels in 1 day. Please let
the team know how happy we are with them. They are a credit to your company.
All the paper work that you have sent through to us after the install has been spot on
and Joel has kept us informed of any updates that have happened. He has even been
round to help us with an issue on our laptop. That's what I call after service.
We have had the system installed now for only 2 months and we have already
produced over 1000 kw hours of electricity. FANTASTIC!!!! 25 more years of this to
come.

Extremely courteous and friendly
Having recently had 18 solar panels supplied and fitted by Solarlec Ltd to our property in Guiseley. My wife and I would like to thank Solarlec for the prompt and efficient way in which the work was carried out.
Your staff were extremely courteous and friendly, Michael was very pleasant and helpful indeed, as was Tony.
The fitting team, namely Wes, Simon and Paul, were very professional and a pleasure to have working in our home, and when they finished they left everywhere in a very pristine condition! Even to washing the dust off my car!
However, our special thanks must go to Susan Atkinson for the way she dealt with Marion and I during the course of arranging to have this work carried out. Without who's dedicated efforts, might not have resulted in the contract being signed!

Solar Panels -To me it was a complete no brainer;
From an extremely well informed presentation I found that I would make a return of 8% p.a. from a solar panel system, which effectively meant I was losing money by having savings in an ISA account which could only give me a return of 2.8%.
Not only did this turn out to be the best investment I've made to date, but I also get great pleasure in knowing I am doing my bit to for mother nature reducing my emissions by providing my own free clean energy. It also shows that I care about my home.
In a world where energy prices are always on the increase I knew it was in my best interest to protect myself from more ridiculous rises.
I have found my dealing with Solarlec very professional, efficient and friendly not to mention the extreme professionalism of the fitting team who were clean tidy and friendly, causing no disruption, they were a pleasure.

We know that oil is going to get a lot more expensive and we know that something is going to replace it.
My current electric bill is actually negative at this point because we are getting so much energy out of the summer sun and in the spring...I expect to be somewhat positive in the winter. I am expecting to probably pay over time 25-35 pounds a month.

I had been toying with the idea of using some form of renewable energy in my home but my knowledge in this field was fairly basic and I could not be certain which technology would suit me best.

I believe it is beholden on me to inform you that the quality and standard of the staff who carried out the installation cannot be praised enough.
Anthony and Mick installed the PV Panels and after introducing themselves in a very polite and respectful manner duly carried out the work efficiently and without mess and upon completion knocked on the door and together, we all viewed the work from the pavement opposite.
David and Keith carried out the electrical work after the weekend and were again very polite and respectful when introducing themselves and furthermore, this courtesy continued during the entire operation.
David requested whether he could use a dustpan and brush and this proved to be a constant companion to him whilst he worked, both in the attic or under the stairs and he continually swept up as he worked.
Finally, he asked if he could use our vacuum cleaner and ensured that the house was left as clean and tidy as it was before their arrival.
He assisted me with the completion of the FIT application form and showed me the operating procedures of the inverter panel and generation meter then followed up the next day with a telephone call to arrange a subsequent visit to seal around the cables etc and to finish off.

I would also mention the standard of your sales agent Shirley Clayton who again, was exceptionally courteous, as was her husband Mark, and who both went out of their way to assist me in my decision making process.
Shirley was informative and knowledgeable when supplying information on the product, the government renewable energy scheme or the Solarlec company and demonstrated her dedication by the follow-up given when she and her husband called on me after the installation.
She and her husband deserve every success which I am sure will come their way.

I have been very impressed with your company from first contact to final fit.
I thought I knew a great deal about solar power yet you managed to explain all that I did not understand so I was able to make an informed decision about purchasing this product.
